Suspected meth lab seized by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio May 6, 2011 Detectives from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and Northwest Drug Task Force seized a suspected meth lab Thursday. The Sheriff exercised a search warrant based on a complaint of a person who reported observing suspicious items in the apartment of James Richter, 27, at 307 West 2 Street. Richter is being sought by the Lincoln County Sheriff's office in relation to the investigation.
