EMT/First Responder class notice Classes from June 24 to July 30th by Cabinet View Fire Department May 25, 2011 Cabinet View Fire Department (CVFD) is sponsoring an EMT/First Responder class to start June 24th at the CVFD Station. The class will meet every Friday from 1900 to 2200 (7:00PM to 10:00PM) and Saturday from 0900 to 1600 (9:00AM to 4:00PM) from the 24th of June to the 30th of July. The goal for the class will be to have all qualifications met to obtain National certification and Montana State licensure. Instructors have waived fees, so costs will be significantly reduced. The text will be: AAOS First Responder (Your First Response in Emergency Care), fifth edition. We will have a pre-course interest meeting on the 1st of June at 1800 (6:00PM) at the CVFD Station. Anyone considering attending the EMT/First Responder class needs to attend this meeting. Class size will be maxed at 18. Any questions, please call 406-293-1290.
