Raid nets two detainees by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio April 7, 2011 Tuesday afternoon (April 5, 2011) the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, Libby Police, Border Patrol, Fish Wildlife and Parks, and Northwest Drug Task Force officers executed two residential search warrants and a traffic stop simultaneously in Libby. The raid resulted in two men and two women being detained. The two men, James Hernvall, 30, and Patrick Massey, 36, were later arrested. Hernvall for partner assault, Massey on possession of dangerous drugs.
