Memorial Service for Heidi Tauber April 16 in Oregon

Heidi Tauber, former KLCB employee and veteran Portland area broadcster, who died March 23 in a car accident on I-405 in Portland, will be remembered Saturday, April 16, in a memorial service at Village Baptist on Murray Boulevard in Beaverton, Oregon.

The 1 p.m. funeral is open to all her listeners and fans.

For Libby folks and anyone who wants to join, there will be a gathering of friends at the Red Dog Saloon to mingle and share memories of our fallen friend, this Saturday, April 9th at 4 pm-- to _______?

Anyone wishing to honor Heidi’s memory can donate to the Heidi Tauber Memorial Ski Scholarship. The scholarship will provide an opportunity for local children to learn to ski on Turner Mountain. Tax deductable donations can be sent to:

Heidi has been cremated. Her ashes will be spread over her property on Pipe Creek (Libby) at some future date. She will be coming home to a place she dearly loved.
