St. John’s medical staff elects new leaders

Libby, MT – At a Medical Staff of Whole Meeting on Monday, March 21, the medical staff of St. John’s Lutheran Hospital elected their new leaders.
Stepping out of the top leadership position is Dr. Jana Hall who has served as Chief of Staff at St. John’s since April of 2009. The newly elected Chief of Staff is Dr. Jay Maloney who also serves as the head of the Emergency Department, is the medical director of the Libby Volunteer Ambulance, and a member of David Thompson Search and Rescue.
The new Vice Chief of Staff is Dr. Mark Serra and Dr. Stephen Becker will be serving as the secretary. The new executive committee will take over on April 1, 2011 and serve in these positions through March 31, 2013.
