James Hare receives a U.S. Flag from his sister, Army Capt. Lealan Hafner, during his Eagle Scout Court of Honor ceremony last week. Hare completed his Eagle requirements last spring with Troop 1970, but delayed his ceremony due to the deployment of his sister. Hare is a senior at Libby High School and the son of Richard and Jackie Hare.
