Thompson Chain of Lakes Fishing Derby

Fisher River Valley Fire/Rescue held their 5th annual ice fishing derby January 22 and 23 on the Thompson Chain of Lakes. The derby is a fundraiser for the fire department with a portion of the entry fee going to the fire/rescue organization. Cash prizes were awarded for pike, salmon, rainbow and perch, and numerous other prizes donated by local sponsors were awarded as well.
