Free ski classes in January

The Kootenai Cross-Country Ski Club will be offering lessons for all ages in January on three consecutive Sundays: January 9, 16, 23.

Classes will be held from 1:30-3pm at the new nine on the Golf Course. Park in the lot by the driving range on Cabinet Heights Road.

The goal is to help you have more fun on skis. We'll cover everything from falling down and how to get up to uphill, flat and downhill techniques.

There is no charge, but you must bring your own cross country skis, boots and poles.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED!!!!!!! We need to hear back from you!! To register for the lessons, please email us at: susierice@frontiernet.net with the following information:

1. Name of Skier
2. Age
3. Experience level (beginner, intermediate)

We plan to have enough instructors that the parents will ski separately from their kids. There will be hot chocolate and cookies for all at the conclusion of the class time.
