Blues, Brews & BBQs December 3, 2010 Mark your calendars. The 3rd annual Riverfront Blues Festival will take place Friday and Saturday, August 12 & 13, 2011. This two-day event takes place annually at Libby’s Riverfront Park Pavilion on the beautiful Kootenai River in Libby, Montana. The festival is the second weekend in August.
