Libby radio station celebrates 60 years

December 23, 1950, Libby's radio station, KLCB, signed on the air in time for Christmas that year. 60 Christmases later, KLCB is still serving its community. That makes KLCB one of Libby's oldest, continuously operating businesses.
KLCB was Libby's only radio station until Duane Williams built companion FM station, 101.7 KTNY in 1986. Williams has been at the helm 33 of KLCB's 60 years.
KLCB and KTNY are solely owned and operated by Duane and Peggy Williams of Libby.
