Loggers lose to Glacier Wolfpack 46-49

The Libby Loggers played Class AA Glacier at home Tuesday evening in a nonconference game that was anything but easy for the Wolfpack. Libby was ahead through the entire game, with a 10-point lead with a little over 2 1/2 minutes to go in the fourth quarter, only to come up short after a rally by the Wolfpack. The Loggers played hard and played well, and held their own against a team that is regarded as one of the best in Class AA. The Lady Loggers also lost to Glacier, 40-62. The Loggers play again at home on Saturday, December 18, against the Flathead Braves.
Alex Cislo was the high scorer with 13 points for the Loggers. Cree Maloney scored 6, Kelly May 8, Garrett Craig 6, Daniel Webster 7, and James Hare 6. The Loggers ultimately lost, 46-49.
