The Mystery, The Madness, of Poe Friday and Saturday, October 29-30 by Keith Meyers October 21, 2010 The Mystery, The Madness, of Poe is a fast paced, high energy show about the life, the struggles, and the death of one of America's most infamous writers, showcasing some of his better known works, and also some of his more obscure pieces. The play is presented by The Pitiful Players in partnership with Lincoln County Public Libraries, as part of "The Big Read" in Lincoln County. Both shows will be held at the Little Theatre at 7:00 p.m. As with all library programs, admission is free and open to the public. The play lasts approximately 45 minutes with no intermission.
