Chili cooks show their stuff at museum

Tim Harcourt’s "Sneaky Pete" took top honors in the Texas-style category while Kathy Lauer’s "Summertime, Anytime" chili won in the "all others" category and Kaya Hardgrove took the People’s Choice award for her "Tailgate Chili" at the Heritage Museum’s fifth annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday.
Second place in the Texas-style category went to Zack Whitson’s "Zack Attack" chili, and third went to Montana Hutton’s "Montana’s Chili." Hutton donated his $25 prize back to the museum in honor of his mother and father.
Second place in the "all others" category went to Marcia Rasmussen’s "Red and Rich" chili, and Hardgrove took third.
