Deaths ruled murder-suicide Ted and Swanie Hardgrove by Duane Williams, KLCB-KTNY Radio September 2, 2010 The deaths of Ted and Swanie Hardgrove have been determined to have been a murder-suicide. The fire that consumed the couple's home was an attempted cover-up. Officials say it appears Ted Hardgrove shot his wife, started the fire, and then shot himself.
