Phyll Minde Mackey, founder of the Treasurer Tones receives the Rotary Club of Libby Citizen of the month award by Steve Chavez, Libby Rotary Citizen of the Month Chairman. The award is presented to Libby area residents for their outstanding contributions to the community. Phyll has conducted the Treasure Tones for 46 years, with performances, notably the Treasure Tones Christmas Concerts, and appearances before many community and civic groups like the Chamber of Commerce, and Libby Rotary
