Senator Max Baucus Groundbreaking CARD Groundbreaking Ceremony Senator Max Baucus visits Libby for event by Maggie Craig, LibbyMT.com March 31, 2010 | Updated April 6, 2010 A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday afternoon at the CARD (Center for Asbestos Related Disease) clinic in Libby. Senator Max Baucus, who has been instrumental in securing funding for medical care and research for Libby's victims of asbestos-related disease, was on hand to break ground for an expansion and renovation of the existing CARD clinic.
