January 31, 2010 It looked a little more like January Sunday morning, with a couple inches of new snow on the ground in south Lincoln county. A daytime temperature in the 30s, however, had it back to looking more like March than January. The Kootenai Basin snowpack for the month of January has been running between 77% to 84% of average.
