Arbor Day in Libby Kootenai Valley Record Arbor Day by Kootenai Valley Record May 4, 2009 Central School students (from left) Amber Shriner, Justin Ficquette, Dominic McMillan and Ryan McKee pitch in to help plant one of a half-dozen maples put into place along Lincoln Boulevard in front of the Memorial Center on Friday, April 24, in recognition of Arbor Day.
