Bald eagles Bald eagles are back on the nest near Libby Dam. A webcam is positioned to view activity on the nest. Libby Bald Eagle Cam back online Eagles are back for the new nesting season February 18, 2009 Libby Dam officials report that the Libby Dam Bald Eagle cam is back online today, Wednesday. February 18th. "Thanks to the efforts of Libby Dam's Electrical Crew and ACE-IT (Army Corps Engineers Information Technology (Computer folks) the eagle cam is back in business," said Libby Dam Park Ranger, Mark J. Andreasen. " As of today 18, February 2009, there was one adult in the nest (very good news).
