Deb and Renee having fun Kootenai Cross-Country Ski Day by Maggie Craig February 22, 2009 The Kootenai Cross-Country Ski Club hosted a community ski day Saturday at the South Flower Cross Country Ski Course. The event was well-attended, with skiers (and sledders) enjoying a beautiful, sunny day with warming fires and home-baked treats available along the trail. Event organizers deemed the day a success, with new members joining the club and by increasing the community's interest in the South Flower Creek trail system.
