Will be in Iraq for one year by Duane Williams, KLCB 1230 AM Libby News Radio December 11, 2008 Libby soldiers who are members of the Helena-based 639 Combat Support Supply Unit of the Montana Army National Guard are set to be deployed to Iraq next month. The unit is set to leave in January for Fort Lewis, Washington. for mobilization. The 639 will have a water supply, fuel and maintenance mission when they deploy to Iraq from January 2009 to January 2010. |
