Kootenai River December 4, 2008 The Kootenai River and Cabinet Mountains are shown on Thursday afternoon. We've enjoyed a relatively mild fall and early December in Libby, with not much snow to report. That may begin to change, however, starting this weekend and into next week. Rain, freezing rain and snow showers are forecast for the upcoming week. Winter weather is upon us.
