Replaces Doug Roll by Duane Williams, KLCB 1230 AM Libby News Radio December 17, 2008 The Libby City Council has appointed a replacement councilman to replace Doug Roll, who has now moved to the Mayor's position. The Council, on a vote of 3 to 1 appointed, often city critic, D.C. Orr, to fill the vacant seat until the November 2009 election, at which time he and Roll will have to seek election to keep their appointed position. Orr has applied for appointment to the Council eleven times over the years. This is his first appointment. |
