Cemetery niche wall proposed by Duane Williams, KLCB 1230 AM Libby News Radio September 10, 2008 The Council will pursue the development of a niche wall at the cemetery. Steve Schnackenberg of Schnackenberg and Nelson Funeral Home, proposed the building of the memorial wall to house the remains of those cremated. Schnackenberg will build the wall at a cost of about $15, 000, and will sell the cubicles within the wall. The City will sell the cemetery location to Schnackenberg just like it sells any other burial lot.
