Kootenai Pets for Life seeks Wall of Tiles donors
Fundraiser to build a new non-kill shelter
August 13, 2008
Kootenai Pets for Life is raising funds to build a new non-kill animal shelter. They are selling tiles to individuals and businesses. The tiles will be placed on a donor Wall of Tiles in the new shelter.
Supporters can use whatever medium they like (crayons, markers, pencils, paints) to design the tiles. "If you can’t do it, ask your kid, grandkid, neighbor or friend," the promotional literature states.
Tile designs can be up to 7 inches square. They must be evenly square and must be on a white background. Designs can have a border on the tile, or leave it without a border. Designs might be to have a child draw a picture of a pet, or just your name. If the design is just a signature on the white sheet of paper, they will put it in a heart graphic for the tile. Digital files can be submitted as a PDF file (no photos). If you aren’t sure if your design will be accepted, submit it and they will let you know if they can use it.
Cost is $50 per tile or $100 for a business logo/business card. Please turn in tile designs as soon as possible.
