Troy's Bluegrass Festival

Bryan Bowers was one of several performers during the first-ever Kootenai River Bluegrass Festival, held at Troy's Roosevelt Park over the weekend. The Troy Fine Arts Council sponsored the event, with a grant from the Travel Montana program and generous support from the community.
