STOKR May 11, 2008 STOKR 2008 Members of the Baddlands Cycling Club of Spokane head back to Libby Sunday during the STOKR bike ride to Libby Dam. STOKR, the Scenic Tour of the Kootenai River bike ride, is a fundraiser for the Kootenai Valley Partners Habitat for Humanity, which provides housing for those in need in the Libby community. All of the terrific riders who participate and Libby's many volunteers make STOKR a huge success.
