The State of Montana Judicial Standards Commission has set August 19, 20, and 21st as the hearing dates for Justice of the Peace Gary Hicks.

Judge Hicks, a two-term judge, is accused of allegedly seeking favors of a carnal nature from eleven female defendants, supposedly offering leniency in sentences in exchange.

Hicks has denied the allegations.

The hearing will be in the Lincoln County Courthouse. The hearing will be open to the public.
