Making room for new tennis courts in Libby

Decimated legacy trees lay waste to make room for U-serve tennis courts at a Libby city-owned park in the City Hall complex. When originally proposed several years ago, U-serve told the Libby City Council that no tree damage would result in locating the six tennis courts at the park location, but Friday that changed. Purportedly, the 16 stately trees were cut to allow the tennis courts to be located closer the privately owned Montana Athletic Club in the City Hall.
