John McCain got no votes from the Lincoln County Republican caucus Tuesday evening. It was Mitt Romney, with Ron Paul nipping at his heels 17 to 14 votes of the 32 voting county delegates.
It was the same story statewide. Romney garnered 38% with Paul pulling 24.5%. McCain had 21.9% statewide. Paul won over Romney in numerous counties, in a state that was thought would back McCain.
