In an article on Wednesday in the Houston Chronicle online, cron.com, W.R. Grace & Co. has reached a deal with federal regulators over environmental cleanup costs at 33 contaminated sites. Terms of the bankruptcy settlement, filed Wednesday in bankruptcy court in Wilmington, Delaware, grant the United States a general unsecured claim of $34 million in Grace's Chapter 11 case, and a top-level priority claim of $2.3 million.
