Snow Depth: Approximately 6-8 inches of new snow.
Grooming: Classic tracks are set everywhere, including up to the end of Treasure Tour, to the clear cut. Skating lanes are groomed just on Shorty's Loop, Roller Coaster and Tongue Dragger.
Next Grooming: Trails are expected to be groomed again on Saturday morning. There will be night skiing on Saturday, December 29, from 5:30 to about 8:30 p.m.
Donations: Gladly accepted! Costs involved in maintaining the trail system are for grooming (gas and machine maintenance), maintaining the lighting system (replacing glass, mantles and propane) and a yearly $200 use permit fee to the Dept. of State Lands. The Kootenai Cross Country Ski Club is a 501(c) 3 so your donation is tax deductible and the Club will provide a receipt. Mail donations to:
