Libby Dam flow to double Monday, December 10 by Greg Hoffman, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers December 9, 2007 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Libby Dam report that Libby Dam's flow will increase from the current 9.1 kcfs to 18.0 kcfs Monday morning, December 10, and then drop back to 13.5 kcfs Monday evening.
