Comeau appointed to Libby School Board

Tracy Comeau was appointed to the Libby School Board Tuesday. Comeau was appointed to fill the seat vacated recently by Melanie Wood.

Comeau will stand for election to the seat in the spring school board election, as will Jerry Frament, who was appointed to fill the seat vacated by Lisa Bardole

There will be three seats in all up for election including Comeau, Frament, and Jim England, who has said he will not seek re-election.

Comeau is a local businesswoman. She is the owner of H and R Block offices in Libby and Bonners Ferry. She has three children in the Libby school system, and has been a resident of Libby for 15 years.
