Kootenai River

Monday morning dawned clear and sunny, with the Cabinet Mountains making a beautiful backdrop for the Kootenai River. It soon started getting cloudy, however, for Tuesday's rain. Scattered rain and snow showers are forecast for Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday turning clear and cold. Lows could dip close to zero or below in the outlying areas.
