by Maggie Craig August 19, 2006 Mineral Avenue was packed Saturday for the 45th anniversary of the Igniters Car Club car show. Besides the car show, the two-day event featured a neon and flame throwing contest, a burn-out contest, cruising Mineral Avenue and a Saturday night dance at the Memorial Center. Almost 200 registered entries for the car show lined both sides of Mineral Avenue for public viewing. |
