EPA seeks public comment on Libby Superfund

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on the administrative record for the EPA cleanup actions taken in Libby, Montana and at the Troy High School.
The EPA now has available the Third Supplement to the Administrative Record for the Libby Superfund Site and the Troy High School Administrative Record.
The public may make comments on these new additions to the Administrative record until Friday, September 8th.
Copies of the documents are available at the EPA Information Center at 501 Mineral Avenue in Libby or at the EPA Record Center, Superfund Reference Desk in Denver, Colorado.
