Kathleen Pierce Troy's Tender Lovin' Quilters' featured quilter of the year. Featured Quilter by Maggie Craig July 3, 2006 Kathleen Pierce, Troy's featured quilter, sits among her many quilted creations Monday at the Tender Lovin' Quilters show held in conjunction with Troy's old fashioned 4th of July. The quilt show will be open at noon on Tuesday, after the parade in downtown Troy. Other activities include food and vendor booths, musical entertainment, 3-on-3 basketball, car show, children's games, and of course, spectacular fireworks at Roosevelt Park beginning at dusk.
