by Maggie Craig June 22, 2006 The Libby Volunteer Fire Department won the water fight yet again Thursday evening during the Logger Days kickoff competition. "The Veggie Villain" melodrama, presented by the Kootenai Heritage Council, also started its three-day run Thursday at the Memorial Center. Bull and Bullette of the Woods and the Lip Sync contest are scheduled for Friday evening, and the parade and logging events take place Saturday. There will be games, food, entertainment, and fun for all. Admission requires the purchase of a Logger Days button. |
