Yaak River Flood Watch cancelled May 21, 2006 The National Weather Service out of Missoula has cancelled the Flood Watch for the Yaak River near Troy. The latest stage was at 7.5 feet at 8:00 pm on Sunday. Flood stage is 8.0 feet. No flooding is forecast at this time. The Flood Watch was also cancelled for the Bitterroot River near Darby, which reached 6.4 feet at 7:00 pm on Sunday. Flood stage is 7.5 feet. No flooding is expected for the Bitterroot River at this time.
