STOKR Full! Scenic Tour of the Kootenai River bike ride February 15, 2006 All of the 350 slots for riders in the 2006 Scenic Tour of the Kootenai River bike ride, STOKR, have been filled, according to organizer Susie Rice. The annual bike ride will take place on May 13 and 14 this year. The popular ride usually fills quickly. This year, registration forms were mailed out on February 1st and the printable form went online on February 3rd. STOKR filled by Valentine's Day. STOKR is a fundraiser for the Kootenai chapter of Habitat for Humanity and 100% of the funds raised is used to help build homes for needy families in the community.
