Holiday Events in Libby

The holidays are almost upon us, and there is a lot planned for fun events for the holiday season. Mark your calendars for these Libby events:
Dec. 2 - Tree of Life The Tree of Life is lit with lights honoring loved ones. This beautiful holiday tradition takes place at 7 pm. at the Memorial Center. For more information, call Laura Sedler at 293-0183.
Dec. 6 Libby Middle School Band Concert Memorial Center, 7 pm.
Dec. 9 - Festival of Trees St. John's Lutheran Hospital presents its annual Festival of Trees from 3-8 pm at the Memorial Center. Admission is $2 for adults, children free. Dec. 10 - Festival of Trees Gala The St. John's Lutheran Hospital Festival of Trees Gala begins at 6:30 pm at the Memorial Center with music by Carl Rey & the Blue Gators. Tickets are $30. Dec. 11 - Christmas Square Dance The Libby Spinning Squares will hold a Party Level Christmas dance with caller Marvin Speck. Mainstream is from 2-4:30 pm with a potluck to follow. Dec. 15 - Libby Middle School Choir Concert Memorial Center, 7 pm.
Dec. 18 - Treasure Tones Winter Concert The Treasure Tones will present their winter concert at 7 pm at the Memorial Center. Admission is free with a donation to the Libby Food Pantry. Dec. 20 - Asa Wood Winter Concert Asa Wood students present their winter concert at 10 am and 1:30 pm at the Memorial Center.
Dec. 31 - New Year's Eve Ball Ring in the New Year at the Kootenai Heritage Council's New Year's Eve Ball at the Memorial Center.
