Libby Dam flows decrease to 8,000 cfs

According to a news release from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Libby, Dam, flow from Libby Dam to the Kootenai River will be decreased from the current 10,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 8,000 cfs at 10 pm on Monday, September 12. Flows are modeled to remain steady at this rate for approximately two weeks, at which time a further reduction will likely occur for the latter part of September.
