Kootenai flows decrease to 10,000 cfs

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Libby Dam decreased discharge from the dam from 12,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 10,000 cfs Sunday evening, September 6. Outflows are scheduled to remain at 10,000 cfs through approximately September 12, at which time a decrease to 8,000 cfs is likely, according to a Corps of Engineers news release.
