Kootenai SOPA Quarterly Report available Schedule of Proposed Actions July 11, 2005 The Kootenai National Forest is involved in many programs and activities that are summarized on the Forest's Quarterly Schedule of Proposed Actions (SOPA). This SOPA is published and distributed to the public four times per year to aid the public in identifying projects which are undergoing NEPA analysis (planning and public involvement). Activites identified on the SOPA are in various stages of development (from project initiation or scoping to project completion).
