Summer is here! Don’t miss the Kootenai Country Farmers’ Market every Thursday afternoon from 4-7 pm from June to September. Vendors can be found at the bandshell on Mineral Avenue selling flowers, bedding plants, fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, original artwork and home-made crafts. Concessions are available and there is free, live local musical entertainment.

Anyone interested in being a vendor in the Farmers’ Market can contact the Market Master, Susan Castaneda, at 293-2171 or Debi Davidson at 293-8406. Cost is $20 per month or $50 for the whole 16-week season. For those wishing to participate less frequently, the cost is $10 per week.
