W.R. Grace Execs plead Not Guilty
Next court appearance March 9 in Missoula

Six executives of W.R. Grace and Co were in court in Missoula on Tuesday to answer federal charges of knowingly concealing information about the deadly health effects of asbestos contamination in the Libby vermiculite mine. All pled Not Guilty. Charges include conspiracy, wire fraud, obstruction of justice and violations of the Clean Air Act. The next court appearance for the executives is March 9th in District Court in Missoula for a pretrial conference, where a trial date is expected to be set.
