Kootenai Creation Fest June 11, 2025 Kootenai Creation Fest, a community fair and conference sponsored by the Institute for Biblical Authority, was held June 5-8 with various activities around Libby, including field trips to Kootenai Falls. Saturday's Creation Fair at the Memorial Center attracted a crowd for presentations, games for kids, hot dog lunch, music, free community dinner and worship.
