Trick or Treat Store to Store Halloween Trick or Treat November 5, 2022 Libby and Troy took care of Halloween Trick or Treaters in a big way with several organizations and neighborhoods offering safe ways to observe the holiday. Mineral Avenue businesses hosted their annual Trick or Treat Store to Store while the Rotary Club hosted Trunk or Treat at Central School (after two years off due to Covid). Libby Christian Church also offered Trunk or Treat with activities and no shortage of treats. Louisiana Avenue in Libby (locally famous for the place to be on Halloween) saw hundreds of trick or treaters. And Troy Area Dispatch offered a Trunk or Treat at Troy's Activity Center. Scores of children accompanied by their parents took advantage of the Halloween tradition offered around the area.
