Yaak Valley Forest Council The winning team for the 2022 Outhouse Races. Outhouse Races Yaak River Tavern & Mercantile by Maggie Craig February 22, 2022 Yaak River Tavern & Mercantile hosted its annual Outhouse Races on Sunday, February 20. A new course was laid adjacent to the Dirty Shame for this year's races, where seven teams participated using four outhouses. The outhouses are mounted on skis and require two pushers and one riding in the outhouse. First over the finish line wins the heat. This year's winning team was the Yaak Valley Forest Council.
